Dear Valued Patient,

You may see some changes we are making to help protect our patients and team. Our office follows infection control recommendations made by ADA, CDC, and OSHA. We follow the guidelines of these agencies so that we are up-to-date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued. We do this to make sure that our infection control procedures are current and adhere to each agencies’ recommendations.

Our NEW Curb-side Check In. This feature will allow you to check in from your car (via text or phone) and we will call you when we are ready for you to come in for your appointment. 

To reduce the traffic in the office, we are asking that patients do not come accompanied by other persons. This does not apply to patients under the age of 18.

To abide by social distancing rules, only the patient and/or their parent/guardian should be in the office.

To limit your time in our reception area:

We are asking you to make your payment over the phone prior to your appointment. You will be receiving a call from one of our friendly team members about your treatment plan. We are asking that you book any further treatment and follow up appointments over the phone/email. We are asking to keep non-clinical concerns such as questions about claims and insurance coverage to phone or email communication.

Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean that you are offered fewer options for your appointment or may see changes made to your already existing appointment. You will receive updates to any changes made.

New Wellness Screening Form: You will receive a notification to complete our wellness screening questions prior to your appointment and at your appointment time.

Temperature readings prior to appointments: All patients will have their temperatures taken with a forehead screening prior to being seated in their assigned treatment rooms.

Hand sanitizer will be available for your use upon entering the office and other places in the office for you to use as needed. In addition, we also have a hand-washing station in your operatory.
